Shipping Policy

Delivery times and handling

• Order processing: Usually 1-3 business days.
• Shipping time: Standard delivery within the EU usually takes 12–17 business days, but may vary depending on shipping method and geographical location.
• Weekends/Holidays: Orders placed during weekends will be processed the following business day.

 Shipping Options and Costs

• Agent (Standard): Delivery to the nearest agent is standard.
• Parcel box: Delivery to parcel locker.
• Home delivery: Delivery to the door, sometimes with evening delivery.
• Shipping cost: The shipping price is stated at checkout.

Tracking and Notification Routines

• Tracking: Ability to track your shipment with the package ID (tracking number) via email or SMS when the package is shipped.
• Notification: Will be sent via email or text message when the package is available for collection.

 Responsibilities and Deviations

• Responsibility during transport: The seller is responsible for the goods until they are handed over to the customer (at the agent or door).
• Unclaimed packages: For unclaimed packages, we reserve the right to charge a fee for return shipping and handling costs.
• Address information: It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct delivery address.

 Returns and Complaints

• Right of withdrawal: According to law (the Distance Contracts Act), consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
• Complaints: If the item is broken upon delivery, this must be complained about within 14 days of receiving the item.
