Warranty conditions

At somai.store, we want you to feel confident with your purchase of smart wearables and tech accessories.

We offer a 1-year warranty on all products, including smart watches, smart rings, smart bracelets, RFID rings, AR glasses, AI glasses, AI sports glasses, wireless earbuds, earbuds, wireless headphones, headphones, portable speakers, voice amplifiers, podcast equipment, karaoke stations, FM radio amplifiers, alarm clocks, motorcycle intercoms, desktop chargers, mobile phone and tablet chargers, car chargers, spiral cables, charging cables, power banks, smart ring chargers, cases and wallets, screen protectors, finger holders, wrist straps, selfie stands, bike and motorcycle mounts, memory cards, repair kits, other mobile accessories, lighting for film and photography, GPS and Bluetooth tracking, and cleaning products. The warranty is calculated from the date of purchase and applies to manufacturing defects or material defects that were present in the product upon delivery or occurred during normal use.

If a defect occurs during the warranty period, we will first examine the product. In the first instance, we will offer repair. If repair is not possible or economically reasonable, we will replace the product with an equivalent item.

Complaint

If you discover a fault with your product, we ask that you contact our customer service as soon as possible. Describe the fault and please attach pictures and your order number. Once the complaint has been approved, we will repair the product or offer a replacement product if repair is not possible.
