Warranty conditions

We want you to feel confident with your purchase. Our warranty terms are designed to give you clear information about what applies if a product turns out to have a manufacturing defect.

We offer a 1-year warranty on all products from the date of purchase. The warranty only applies to manufacturing or material defects that were present in the product upon delivery or that occurred during normal use.

If a defect occurs during the warranty period, we will first examine the product. In the first instance, we will offer repair of the defective product. If repair is not possible or not economically reasonable, we will replace the product with an equivalent item.

What does the warranty cover?

The warranty includes, among other things:

Defects that occur during normal use

Errors not caused by external influences

What is not covered?

The warranty does not apply to:

Enforcement

Accidents or misuse

Normal wear and tear

Damage caused by moisture, fire or other external influences

Modified or repaired third-party products

Complaint

If you discover a defect in your product, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. Describe the defect and attach pictures and your order number. This will help us process your case faster.

Once the complaint has been approved, we will repair the product or offer a replacement product if repair is not possible.

Warranty and consumer rights

These warranty terms do not affect your statutory rights under Swedish consumer law. You always have the right to complain about original defects according to applicable law.
