Delivery times and handling

  • Order processing:Usually 1-3 business days.
  • Shipping time:Standard delivery within the EU usually takes 12–17 working days, but may vary depending on shipping method and geographical location.
  • Weekends/Holidays: Orders placed during weekends will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Options and Costs

  • Agent (Default):Delivery to the nearest dealer is standard.
  • Package box:Delivery to parcel locker.
  • Home delivery:Delivery to the door, sometimes with evening delivery.
  • Shipping cost: The shipping price is stated at checkout.

Tracking and Notification Routines

  • Tracking:Ability to track your shipment with package ID (tracking number) via email or SMS when the package is shipped.
  • Notification: You will be notified via email or text message when the package is available for collection.

Responsibilities and Deviations

  • Responsibility for transport:The seller is responsible for the goods until they are handed over to the customer (at the agent or door).
  • Unclaimed packages:For packages that are not collected, we reserve the right to charge a fee for return shipping and handling costs.
  • Address information: It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct delivery address.

Returns and Complaints

  • Right of withdrawal:According to the law (the Distance Contracts Act), consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
  • Complaint:If the item is broken upon delivery, this must be claimed within 14 days of receiving the item.
